In Store Returns Policy

We will happily offer a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE for all full price items purchased in our Studio Store that are returned to the store WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. 

Item/s must be UNWORN, UNUSED with ORIGINAL TAGS, LABELS and PACKAGING INTACT.

All SALE items or any reduced items in any sale or promotion are FINAL SALE and not eligible to be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund under any circumstances unless the item is deemed faulty (see faulty item procedure below).

 

Online Store Return Policy

We will happily offer a STORE CREDIT OR REFUND for all full priced items* that are received in original condition back to the Mickelloo Studio within 14 days of delivery.  If your return is received after the 14 days or delivery we will only issue a store credit.

All SALE items or any reduced items in any sale or promotion are FINAL SALE and not eligible to be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund under any circumstances unless the item is deemed faulty (see faulty item procedure below).

PLEASE NOTE:

·         All items must be returned in original, brand new condition, with all tags attached and within 14 days from date of delivery. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL SWING TAGS MUST NOT BE REMOVED FROM THE GARMENT, OR YOUR RETURN WILL BE INVALID. There must be no smells of perfumes, washing powders or any makeup/fake tan marks. If your return does not meet these requirements, it will be returned back to the sender at the customer's expense. We reserve the right to DECLINE any return if the item/s does not meet ALL return conditions.

·         The cost of sending back your return is at the customer’s expense. Mickelloo does not provide any returns labels or cover the cost of return shipping for sending your return back.

·         Items must be returned using a trackable courier or registered post. Returns will not be accepted without the return tracking number provided by the customer, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

* Mickelloo strictly cannot accept any returns or exchanges on the below items:

·         Eyewear

·         Jewellery both hand stamped or hand crafted

·         Headwear

·         Candles & diffusers

·         Homewares

·         Giftcards

 

Duties + Taxes

The shipping cost added to your order at the time of checkout does not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated.

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

Please note that with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable merchandise.

Please contact your local Customs Office for further information or estimations on these costs.

Returns Process

Should you need to make a return in accordance with our terms and conditions we ask that you:

Please include your order number or proof of purchase in the way of a receipt.

Please allow seven days from the day you returned your order for your return or exchange to be processed.

Payment Refunds:

• PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediately
• Credit card refunds will be visible within 1-5 business days depending on your financial institution

Faulty Items

We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, management will liaise directly with the supplier to determine whether the item is to be repaired, replaced or a credit note/refund is to be issued.

Please contact us by email nicky@mickelloo.com.au with an image and description of the fault along with your order number, full name, address and contact number. Any faults at time of delivery need to be reported within 48 hours of your order being delivered.

Mickelloo will cover shipping costs for items purchased online that are deemed faulty.

 

Personalised Hand Stamped Jewellery

Once pieces have been stamped they can not be changed so it is very important to ensure all names, quotes and dates of birth are provided with the correct spelling and digits. Once confirmation is made with regards to these details this is the way they will be stamped and no refunds will apply if pendants are miss-stamped due to incorrect supply of information.

Chains for Hand Stamped Jewellery

Mickelloo Designs is happy to exchange silver and gold chains for shorter or longer lengths should the ordered length need to be changed after delivery.  Please note their may be an additional fee if the chain length required is of a longer length and their may be a refund if a shorter one is needed.  Please ensure you contact the Mickelloo Studio via email within 7 days of receiving your chain to organise the exchange.
