At Mickelloo we appreciate it’s not always easy buying the perfect garment online and we understand that you may need to return items occasionally.

Return & Exchange Policy

Online Store Return Policy

FULL PRICED items can be returned for a REFUND OR EXCHANGE (please see notes on Exchange of size below*) but must be returned strictly within 14 days of arrival. (please see the return conditions listed below)

SALE items cannot be returned for a refund but can be returned for a store credit or exchange (unless the item is damaged).

FINAL CLEARANCE items do not qualify for a return, exchange or refund.  Please choose wisely.

*Exchange a size - To avoid disappointment and for the quickest turnaround we suggest you order the size you would like to swap to immediately via the website and return the incorrect size for a refund by following the steps outlined below.

In Store Returns Policy

We do not offer REFUNDS on In-Store purchases.  We will happily offer a STORE CREDIT for all full price items purchased in the Mickelloo Studio providing they meet the return guidelines listed below and are returned strictly WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty (see faulty item procedure below**).

**Faulty Items

We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that the item is faulty,  we ask that you contact us by email Mickelloo Studio with an image and description of the fault along with your order number, full name, address and contact number. Any faults at time of delivery need to be reported within 48 hours of your order being delivered.

Mickelloo will cover shipping costs for items purchased online that are deemed faulty.

We are happy to accept a return when:

• the goods are in saleable condition;
• the goods have not been worn or used;
• the goods have the original tags still attached;
• you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by email (nicky@mickelloo.com.au) informing us you wishing to make a return;
• the goods are received back strictly within 14 days of receiving order;

Returns Process:

To make a return:

Please note that financial responsibility for a return is yours until it reaches us so please use traceable postage. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Once we receive your return we will issue a refund (available on full priced purchases made ONLINE ONLY providing the criteria of returns are met) or store credit ?(sale items NOT final clearance items) as quickly as possible.  Refunds will be issued back to the same payment method as your order was placed.

Please allow seven days from the day you returned your order for your return or exchange to be processed.

Payment Refunds:

• PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediately
• Credit card refunds will be visible within 1-5 business days depending on your financial institution

Personalised Hand Stamped Jewellery

Once pieces have been stamped they can not be changed so it is very important to ensure all names, quotes and dates of birth are provided with the correct spelling and digits. Once confirmation is made with regards to these details this is the way they will be stamped and no refunds will apply if pendants are miss-stamped due to incorrect supply of information.

Chains

Mickelloo Designs is happy to exchange silver and gold chains for shorter or longer lengths should the ordered length need to be changed after delivery.  Please note their may be an additional fee if the chain length required is of a longer length and their may be a refund if a shorter one is needed.  Please ensure you contact the Mickelloo Studio via email within 7 days of receiving your chain to organise the exchange.
